These terms apply to the Daysteady website and to early access to the Daysteady product operated by Esok Labs. They are a conservative placeholder until counsel publishes a fuller agreement. Using the site or requesting access means you agree to this page as it stands today.

The product

Daysteady is an adult-facing organizational tool for household care coordination. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a developmental assessment. You remain responsible for care decisions and for following guidance from qualified professionals.

Early access

Public App Store release is not open yet. An invite, when we send one, is permission to try a build — not a promise of availability, features, or continued access. We may change or discontinue early access.

Your responsibilities

Use Daysteady only if you are an adult caregiver (or other authorized adult) for the household. Do not use the product to impersonate someone else, to access a household you were not invited to, or to upload information you do not have the right to share.

Website content

Marketing copy on this site describes intended use. Illustrative interface images are not product screenshots from a public store listing. We do not make traction, ranking, or certification claims here.

Limitation

The website and any early build are provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, Esok Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the product. This sentence is not a substitute for a negotiated enterprise agreement.
