Daysteady is a product of Esok Labs. This page describes how the Daysteady website and the Daysteady household product handle information. It covers the public privacy URL and the waitlist. It is not a certification, audit report, or a claim that we meet a named compliance standard.

Who this is for

Daysteady is an adult-facing organizational tool for invited parents and caregivers who share a child’s day. The child is who you are caring for, not who the product is talking to. This website is not directed at children.

Coming soon and the waitlist

The marketing site is in a Coming Soon posture. The waitlist asks for an email address and, if you choose, a role and a household size. We collect that information and will email you when early access opens. We do not ask for a child’s name, date of birth, or health information on the waitlist form.

You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time, or write to mike@esoklabs.com and ask us to delete the address.

We expect to process waitlist contacts with Loops so we can email you when early access opens and send occasional product updates. We keep a waitlist address while you remain on the list, until you unsubscribe, or until you ask us to delete it.

On the public site, the form sends your email and any optional household size and campaign tags from the page address to Loops. Local development without a Loops key only simulates the form and shows a preview banner. That simulation does not send email or add you to a live list. A deployed site without a Loops key does not pretend the signup worked.

Household access

When the product is available, access is household-only and invite-based. Members of a household control who can join that household. We do not describe Daysteady as a public social network.

Information in the product

Household records you create (for example care logs, notes, and photos you add) exist so your household can coordinate care. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You may ask to access or delete the personal information we hold about you, including a waitlist email. Email mike@esoklabs.com. We will respond as we are able. This is ordinary access and deletion handling for US households. It is not a claim that we have completed a particular certification.

What this page does not claim

We do not claim HIPAA coverage, SOC 2 certification, or other security or privacy attestations on this page. We do not say that information is never stored or never shared with service providers who help us operate the product. Those details belong in a finished policy, not in invented guarantees.
